When will my order ship?
Orders are processed with 1-5 business days and can be processed sooner. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday through USPS. If a order has a preorder in it, processing times may vary.
If I did not purchase route protection, who is responsible?
Once packages leave our hands all claims must be filed with USPS,UPS,Fed EX, or DHL if route protection was not purchased. Route will ensure your package is insured for a low rate. If items were to become lost or stolen, and route is not purchased it is up to the customer to repurchase the item.
Do We Offer Local Pick Up?
Yes we do! if you are local to us and would prefer local pick up please select that option at pick up. We are located In Atwater, CA. A email will be sent when item is ready for pick up. feel free to message us when your ready to come pick up.
Do We Accept Returns?
We strive to make sure our customers are happy and continue to shop with us at Miles and Mateo. If there is a shipment issue or defeat please reach out to us shopmilesandmateo@gmail.com so we can discuss the issue to try and make things right! If you are not happy with the item selected, size, or color please refer to return policy.
Items must be unwashed, not worn, new condition in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. If you wish to return/exchange please email us shopmilesandmateo@gmail.com
When we receive the items back we will inspect items are unwashed, not worn, and in original packaging and you will receive credit to your original form of payment. store credit is available if requested. Card payments can take 3-7 business days depending on your payment method. Shipping cost and any other associated fees are not eligible toward the refund.
Buyers are responsible for all associated shipping fees.
